Choosing a Program
Why It Matters
In a business world characterised by constant change, it is crucial to support the people affected — for their own mental health and wellbeing, and for the reputation of the business.
The VUCA elements of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity often require organisations to restructure or reconfigure their business models, resulting in redundancy or role displacement. Paul and the diverse, experienced VUCA team help employees at every level move forward and transition in their career and life with confidence and purpose.
Workshops & On-Site Support
Workshops provide effective small-group support during periods of change and uncertainty, leading up to restructures or where individual programs aren't possible. Each workshop runs for 2 hours and can be combined into half or full-day programs, delivered on or off site for up to 20 participants, with participant resources included.
